Condo Complex Rules

Quite Hours:

Please observe the quiet hours from 9pm to 8am

Railing:

Nothing should be hung on the lanai railings. To dry items please use the provided drying rack found in the bedroom closet.

Pool:

No glass of any sort at the pool. We have provided plastic cups and glasses for your use at the pool.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in any condo or in the common areas. There is a designated smoking area on the south side of the parking lot for your use.

Parking:

You may park in any spot not marked as reserved.

Barbecues:

Please follow posted signs to keep the Barbeques clean and ready for the next guest.
